·      Guests will be individually responsible for payment of their own rooms, taxes and incidental charges

·      Hotel shall send a confirmation via email to each individual within five (5) business days from the date on which a reservation is properly made

·      Room Reservations need to be completed by Friday, September 26, 2025 at 5:00 pm otherwise room availability and group rate may not be available.

·      Tax Policy - Please note the following taxes are not included into rates 16.048% Room Tax Per Night (This includes Transient Occupancy tax, California Tourism Assessment and San Diego Tourism Assessment)

·      Cancellation Policy - A non-refundable two (2) night room and tax deposit will be charged seven (7) days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival will result in deposit forfeiture. A no-show is charged based on room and tax for the full length of stay. An early departure is charged based on room and tax for the remainder of the stay.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES

·      Overnight Valet Parking:       Discounted rate of $55.00 per car per day overnight

·      Room Deliveries:                    $5.00 per delivery, per room, inside room.

·      Housekeeping:                       $3.00 total, per room per day

·      Porterage:                                $12.00 total, roundtrip per room (Subject to change)
