Event Registration Cancellation Policy
No industry refunds after Sept 12, 2025
Government cancellations will be determined case by case

The Pendry Hotel info
· Guests will be individually responsible for payment of their own rooms, taxes and incidental charges
· Hotel shall send a confirmation via email to each individual within five (5) business days from the date on which a reservation is properly made
· Room Reservations need to be completed by Friday, September 26, 2025 at 5:00 pm otherwise room availability and group rate may not be available.
· Tax Policy - Please note the following taxes are not included into rates 16.048% Room Tax Per Night (This includes Transient Occupancy tax, California Tourism Assessment and San Diego Tourism Assessment)
· Cancellation Policy - A non-refundable two (2) night room and tax deposit will be charged seven (7) days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival will result in deposit forfeiture. A no-show is charged based on room and tax for the full length of stay. An early departure is charged based on room and tax for the remainder of the stay.
Hotel Amenity Fee will be WAIVED

ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES
· Overnight Valet Parking: Discounted rate of $55.00 per car per day overnight
· Room Deliveries: $5.00 per delivery, per room, inside room.
· Housekeeping: $3.00 total, per room per day
· Porterage: $12.00 total, roundtrip per room (Subject to change)

Government Attendee General Information
The Conference Fee includes food and drinks at the following:
Welcome Reception (Monday)
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and refreshments throughout (Tuesday)
Breakfast, Lunch and closing reception (Wednesday)

Reference 0302 is all of the rules regarding attendance of government and non-government funded conferences.
A, 2 – Conferences not sponsored by Government
B, 1 – Allowances for conference registration fees.
C, 1 is Reimbursement of conference registration fees for conferences in the local area.
Suggestion is to identify things as dinners and not social events, because social events are not reimbursable.
Contact your APC/Program Manager/Credit Card Coordinator to receive authorization as Credit Card Vendor limit may cause credit card decline.
If the payment window does not open, pop ups may need to disable pop-ups or try from a mobile device or a non-USG computer.
