Event Registration Cancellation Policy
No industry refunds after Aug 18, 2026
Government cancellations will be
determined case by case
InterContinental Hotel info:
· Guests will be individually responsible for payment of their own rooms, taxes and incidental charges
· Hotel shall send a confirmation via email to each individual within three (3) business days from the date on which a reservation is properly made
· Room Reservations need to be completed by Friday, Aug 14, 2026 at 5:00 pm otherwise room availability and group rate may not be available.
· Check in time is 3:00PM and check out is 11:00AM. Arrivals before 3:00 PM are not guaranteed. Hotel will attempt to accommodate early check-in requests as rooms become available. Complimentary 12:00 PM late check-outs will be granted based on availability. For check-outs later than 12:00 PM additional fees may apply. Bell Desk/Luggage Assistants can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
· Tax Policy - Please note the following taxes are not included into rates - 16% Room Tax Per Night (This includes Transient Occupancy tax, California Tourism Assessment and San Diego Tourism Assessment)
· Cancellation Policy - A cancellation or arrival date change less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, or a no-show will result in a charge equal to one night room and tax.
Hotel Amenity Fee will be WAIVED
· The Amenity Fee includes:

· Two bottles of water daily in guestroom
· Pressreader Digital Publications
· In-Room coffee and tea
· Pool & Fitness Center access
· Discounts for Garibaldi and Vistal Restaurants (15% off - Dinner Only), Protector Brewery (10% off)
· 20% off membership and packs at Elevate Training.
Hotel offers valet parking for our overnight guests at $69.00 per day with 24 hour in/out privileges. Overnight self-parking has been reduced from $57.00 to $25.00 per car.
